Always drink lots of water to help your body heal and gain the best effects after any therapy.

Gift Vouchers available - for special occasions, as a thank you, or for when life hasn’t been so kind. Gift Vouchers have an expiry date of 6 months but please book your appointment as soon as you can, thanks.

‘Pick and Mix’ your treatment! Have an Indian head massage followed by a foot massage / Reflexology. Or a back massage followed by Reiki.

For a real stress buster have a 2 hour treatment ie an hour of Reflexology followed by an hour of Reiki!
